  To maintain peak filtration performance, we recommend replacing your Wellnera tap water filter every 3–6 months, depending on your usage and water quality. Replacement is quick and tool-free.

 

• Is it safe for children and pets?
  Absolutely. The Wellnera filter removes harmful toxins and contaminants, making your tap water safer for kids, pets, and the whole family.

 

• Does it require professional installation?
  No tools. No plumber. Just twist, fit, and go. The Wellnera tap filter is designed for simple, do-it-yourself setup in under 60 seconds.

 

• Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?
  We don’t offer wholesale pricing, but if you're looking to buy in bulk for personal use, contact us here — we’ll do our best to help

• Can I send a Wellnera filter as a gift?
  Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll ship it directly to them. No pricing info is included in the box — it’s all sent to your email instead.

       Note: We can’t include custom messages inside the package due to third-party          fulfillment.

 

• Can I buy it in-store?
  Wellnera products are only available on our official online store in Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.
